About

I am a systemic and family therapist as well as an organisational psychologist. Furthermore, I have a strong interest in sport and health. I initially began my sporting career with intensive fitness, strength training, and competing in rowing and lacrosse at the university level in England. These experiences have deepened my understanding of physical fitness and the importance of a balanced diet, particularly with regard to micronutrients and macronutrients.

In addition to my sporting expertise, I have also intensively looked at health issues such as thyroid problems and asthma, which has broadened my perspective on a holistic approach to health in both sport and personal development.

I have completed my training as a systemic therapist at the HSI Institute in Heidelberg and am fully accredited by the DGSF standards. This training focuses on the application of psychological and abstract-artistic methods to promote individual development and mental health. I enjoy working in both German and English to support people in professional, health, and psychological matters.

My current main interest is yoga, which I am discovering as a new field in my life. Yoga offers a unique combination of physical fitness and mental relaxation, and I am working to further deepen my experience and understanding in this area.

After moving to Germany five years ago, I gained experience in external recruiting before specialising in psychosocial counselling. My work includes supporting people with disabilities in realising their rights, collaborating with authorities and specialist therapists, and providing advice on social law issues and professional inclusion. From March, 2025, I will begin my new role at Youth & Work in Luxembourg as a Coach for young people! I’m super excited about this next chapter, the meaningful work ahead, and the chance to help young people grow and thrive.

My biggest goal is to help people reach their potential and live fulfilling lives. These beliefs and experiences are also reflected in book, which is available in German as an eBook: https://amzn.eu/d/637uXfO
